» INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
In a non-metallic container mix 30 g of IZ Bleaching Powder with 60 cc of cream developer at 30 to 40 vol. Treatment time depends on degree of colour removal desired and hair type. When finished, rinse thooughly in water and shampoo hair.
